The machine is a semi-automatic thick plate blister molding machine, with a maximum effective area of molding die of 1600 * 1300 * 300mm. The equipment is characterized by a reasonable structure, easy operation, manual feeding, and the taking of products. All actions can be completed automatically by setting parameters on the touch screen. It is suitable for the molding of thermoplastic plastic plate blister workpiece with a thickness of 1-10mm ABS, PP, HIPS, PVC, PC, PE, etc. The main electrical control system adopts a Delta PLC high-definition touch control panel, and the whole system is operated by a man-machine interface.
Special Function:
1. The device is controlled by a Delta PLC and equipped with a 15-inch high-definition touch screen as the human-machine interaction interface. All time parameters can be set and monitored through the touch screen. The device has diagnostic and file backup functions, and the touch screen can display real-time fault information and troubleshooting methods, making operation and maintenance easy and feasible.
2. The equipment adopts the latest wellhead automatic flipping and
pressing system, and the pressing frame can be automatically
adjusted according to the wellhead size without the need for
separate adjustment of the pressing frame. Equipped with a movable
wellhead made entirely of aluminum. When replacing the mold, simply
adjust it according to the size to achieve a simple and fast safe
operation for mold replacement. The operation area is equipped with
a safety grating, and the operator can completely isolate the
molding area before the machine runs, and needs to press the
confirmation button.
3. In terms of heating furnaces, carbon fiber material is selected,
which has excellent high-temperature resistance and heating
efficiency, ensuring that the workpiece is uniformly heated during
the heating process, thereby improving product quality. Meanwhile,
the low thermal expansion coefficient of carbon fiber materials
also ensures the stable operation and long service life of the
heating furnace.
