Main Features:
1. Vacuum regulation: supports delayed/primary/secondary vacuum, suitable for different product vacuum requirements.

2. Demoulding optimization: Multiple bottom air and advanced air blowing to solve the difficult demoulding problem of high difficulty products.

3. Fast heating: Preheat for 2 minutes+maintain constant temperature for 5 minutes (about 20 minutes for old machines), saving 20% electricity.

4. Accurate temperature control: 1 main control module with 60 heating bricks, supporting unified temperature setting and independent temperature adjustment.

5. Temperature monitoring: The probe displays the furnace temperature in real-time and determines whether it is constant temperature.

6. Silicone oil spraying: front spray with milk water to assist demolding, rear spray with anti-static liquid to prevent dust.

7. Secondary molding: Apply pressure during demolding, making it easy to demold and preventing product deformation

8. Two-speed mode: upper and lower modes with fast and slow speed regulation, suitable for high difficulty products

9. Advance gate control: The lower gate pull tab does not scratch, and the upper gate is easier to form in advance.

10Rapid cooling: delayed cold air+water spray to improve production speed.

11. Vibration demolding: Efficient production of difficult products, safe and fast demolding.

12. Sheet pulling: reducing material waste and improving utilization rate.
